Trisha College of Education, Hamirpur came into existence by the efforts of Trisha Shikshan Society (Hamirpur) and the courtesy of H.P. Government, H.P. University and NCTE Jaipur. The College started functioning from the session 2003-04.
Trisha college of education is located at Thain (Jol Sapper) at a distance of 9 Kms from Hamirpur town on Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway (NH-70). There is frequent Bus services to reach in the College.

Established in the year 2002 Trisha College of Education, Hamirpur, is a Pioneer Training Institution in the field of Teacher Education in the State. The motto of the college is to “impart quality education” which inspires value based education and life skill education to the students and preserve our traditions and culture. It has been imparting higher education in the fields of Arts, Science, Commerce and the training of Teachers. We are committed to give our students the ability to recognize the divine in themselves and their fellow beings. Thus to respect the dignity and uniqueness of self and others’. It has been institution’s consistent endeavour to provide quality education to its students; inculcate discipline as well as provide an opportunity for all round development. We are fortunate to have committed and competent faculty, supported by a motivated and cooperative non-teaching staff.
I feel honoured to lead this college which has exemplified admirable achievements in every spheres, be it academic excellence, sports and cultural activities.
